No Hosting Statement
DesiHomemade does not host any video files on its servers. All content is provided by third-party websites and publicly available sources. We do not control or upload any media files directly.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification including the following information:
- Your full legal name and company name (if applicable)
- Your email address and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL(s) on our website where the material is located
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner

Processing Time
Valid DMCA requests are usually processed within 24–72 hours. Content will be removed or disabled promptly after verification.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your name and contact details
- The URL of the removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court
- Your signature
Repeat Infringers
DesiHomemade reserves the right to terminate access for repeat infringers when appropriate.
